BLUE CANOPY AWARDED EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (EVMO©) IMPLEMENTATION CONTRACT FOR SPAWAR
Reston, VA – Blue Canopy, a leading consulting and information technology firm focused on compliance and enterprise performance management services announces SPAWAR EVM Contract.
Blue Canopy is developing SPAWAR´s Earned Value Management Office (EVMO©) for a $100M program that is across both multi-site and multi-client environments. The EVMO© is a holistic management approach which includes designing and implementing their Earned Value Management System (EVMS) as well as their Program Management Office (PMO) capabilities. Project scope includes: developing EVMS best practices; implementing and integrating Open Plan, Cobra, and wInsight EVM solutions; and, delivering a PMO Toolkit to help them manage their projects and programs in accordance with the standards laid out in the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK), SPAWAR´s internal System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SPAWAR´s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes, as well as their client´s SDLC.
