The Blue Canopy Advisory Board is a dynamic group of individuals who, for various reasons, have a passionate interest in helping Blue Canopy grow and succeed. Their mission is to provide valuable insight and advice to what we do. In addition, they're asked to provide us the guidance to move beyond what we ourselves envision for our future and our clients future. They make certain the Executive Team is better prepared to meet tomorrow's challenges, to influence and provide direction to the organization and efficiently deliver a superior product to each and every client.

Patty Hatter

Most recently, Patty led the central and southeast regions, and the financial services sector for AT&T Professional Services. Her team is responsible for AT&T Professional Services' revenue and profitability for the regions, and works closely with the AT&T sales organization to identify, propose, close and manage client engagements across the breadth of the their networking strategies, engineering and design, deployment, security, and contact center capabilities.
Prior to joining AT&T Solutions, Patty had a wide variety of responsibilities domestically and internationally. She began as a Systems Engineer with AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1986 and progressed into management roles in the US. In 1992, Patty was selected to be the AT&T Bell Laboratories Regional Director of the EMEA region. In this role, she established three Bell Labs offices across Europe providing sales, marketing, technical support, and delivery capabilities for complex infrastructure projects.
Patty holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Mechanical Engineering. She has furthered her education through executive education programs at both Northwestern University and Columbia University.

| Scott McDonald was the founder of IBIS Consulting, Inc. (an e-business consulting company) that he successfully sold to Proxicom, Inc. in 1998. A seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Scott possesses deep understanding of start up ventures, vertical markets including Energy and Finance, and now deeply focused on promoting his many philanthropic causes including OCE (Our Children's Earth) organization. Scott started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers and resides in San Francisco, CA.

Ashley Smith

| Ashley Smith is the President of Operations for the Networks and Telecommunications Integrated Solutions Division within Computer Sciences Corporation Federal Division and is responsible for the day to day operations of this 400M business unit. CSC's NTIS leverages the combined telecommunications, network, and systems integration expertise of a number of companies that have been acquired by CSC over the years. Ashley's 22 year career includes successful involvement with 6 mergers and acquisitions to include biomedical, government contractors, and telecommunications organizations. Her prior experience includes VP and CAO with GRC International Inc. and VP and CAO with DynCorp Informations Sytems LLC (formally GTE Information System Division.)

John Sutton

| John Sutton is Senior Vice President of the Advanced Programs Group at McDonald Bradley, Inc in Herndon, VA. Mr. Sutton leads the Company's business in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies and holds profit and loss responsibilities. He manages the group's technology, strategic planning, business development and operations. He has 18 years of expertise in managing and growing federal technology business while building company and shareholder value.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sutton was Vice President for Uniformed Services at Integic Corporation delivering workflow and portal solutions to the military.
Prior to Integic, Mr. Sutton was Vice President and General Manager of GRC International's, Applied Technology Business Unit serving C4ISR customers, where he was led 600 professionals and delivered $98M in annual revenue. Prior to GRC International, Mr. Sutton was with PRC Inc. where he worked on, and managed, contracts supporting integrated weapons and shipbuilding programs for the Navy. A former U.S. Merchant Marine deck officer, Mr. Sutton has a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.
Mr. Sutton is a member of the George Mason University School of Management Advisory Board, The Government Electronics and Information Technology Association Board of Directors, and the advisory Board of Blue Canopy, LLC. Mr. Sutton lives in Chantilly, VA with his wife Dodi and four children and is active in coaching youth ice hockey.

Barry Taff

| Barry P. Taff, is a senior partner in the law firm of Silver, Freedman & Taff, L.L.P., Washington, DC. He is in charge of the firm's merger and acquisition, tax and employee benefits practice areas. Mr. Taff has represented clients in over 400 acquisition transactions and regularly provides strategic planning services to his clients. He was selected by BTI to its 2004 Client Service All-Star Team - consisting of a select group of 90 attorneys throughout the United States who deliver the best service to Fortune 1000 clients.

Linda Taggart

| Linda Taggart was the group vice president and chief information officer for GMAC Financial Services worldwide operations until 2004. Ms. Taggart oversaw all information technology activities for GMAC's worldwide operations, which includes the company's automotive financing, insurance and mortgage operations with revenues over $25 billion.
Before joining GMAC in June of 1998, Taggart worked at Bell Atlantic. She served as vice president and chief information officer for the Bell Atlantic Information Services Group, formerly NYNEX Information Resources Company, from 1995. There, she was responsible for all group information technology, which included data center operations and capacity planning, telecommunications, technology support, business applications, office automation, equipment support services and disaster recovery. Founding member of Bell Atlantic Diversity Board.
She is a member of the Harvard Group's Compaq Advisory Board, the National Association of Women, BITS Financial Services Roundtable, Proxicom Advisory Board, Working Council for CIOs, and is General Motors sponsor for Deloitte Consulting. In 2000, Taggart was named one of Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in North American Auto Industry. In 2001, she was the first recipient of the Women in Technology Award by Microsoft. The CIO Forum for Financial Services named Taggart the Top Financial IT Executive in 2001/2002. In 2002, Taggart was named one of Crain's Detroit Business Most Influential Women of 2002. Additional boards include Trusted Edge and Planned Parenthood.
