Prime Contracts

SITE DIA’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract establishes an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services & capabilities that will support the global intelligence Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States. SITE is a multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that provides receptive, adaptive, and timely solutions for organizations to satisfy current and future information technology requirements. Support requirements range from per call and "on-call" to full-time attendant support at sites around the world, including locations considered high risk, crisis/danger areas.
 IRS TIPSS-4 Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with specific support service requirements defined at the task order level. The Cybersecurity (CS) task area includes functional areas of all aspects of systems security such as the conduct of risk analyses and the development of recommendations and implementations, plans for new procedures, and changes to existing systems.  The CS task area may include identification and recommendation of new security-related technology products and services, implementing technologies, and conducting formal Certification and Accreditation (C&A) efforts.
EPA The Information Technology Solutions - Business Information Strategic Support  II Contract (ITS-BISS II) is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract managed by EPA’s Office of Acquisition Management and sponsored by EPA’s Office of Technology Operations and Planning. ITS-BISS II provides EPA with a broad range of information technology and information management (ITIM) technical and professional services with emphasis on integrated program management support services and independent assessments and support services.
NAVY SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands, the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.  All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.  Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
ARMY The Army's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) has awarded 2 firms prime contracts. The current contract vehicle is a 10 year, multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract.  Under the BPA, Blue Canopy provides functional and technical support including program, product and project management; business process reengineering; enterprise design, integration and consolidation; systems operation and maintenance; and integrated logistics support.
GSA IT Schedule 70 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. IT Schedule 70 is the largest procurement vehicle and the most widely used acquisition offering in the federal government. It offers a comprehensive array of IT products, services, and solutions, including Innovative IT Solutions, hardware, software, maintenance, network services, cyber security, professional IT services, and much more.
