Meaghan Bouchoux

Meaghan Bouchoux - Director, CivilianMs. Meaghan Bouchoux is a Director in Blue Canopy’s Federal Civilian Practice. She is currently providing Program Management Office support for the U.S. Treasury’s Enterprise Content Management program, a Shared First initiative, under the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Ms. Bouchoux has over 13 years of federal consulting experience with specialized expertise managing large and highly complex projects and shared service offerings. In her experience, she has managed the delivery and operations for applications used by nearly 400,000 customers, coordinated massive infrastructure upgrades, and has overseen hundreds of software releases.

Prior to joining Blue Canopy, Ms. Bouchoux was a Manager in BearingPoint’s Public Services Science, Research and Finance sector. She has supported numerous Federal clients, including the U.S. Treasury, National Science Foundation, United States Postal Service, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Ms. Bouchoux holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University (JMU). Ms. Bouchoux is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in ITILv3 Foundation. She is also a Board Member on the Executive Advisory Board for the Department of Computer Information Systems and Management Science at JMU. Ms. Bouchoux was also previously recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s “30 under Thirty” rising leaders in the consulting industry. Ms. Bouchoux recently attended and completed Harvard Business School’s High Potentials Leadership Program.
