Ms. MJ Peters serves as the Director of Contracts, where she is responsible for the company’s contracts, acquisitions and contractual policy and compliance. Ms. Peters has over 25 years leadership, management and technical experience in federal acquisition and contracts management, federal grants management, and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Blue Canopy, Ms. Peters worked at BearingPoint LLC as the Healthcare Sector Contracts Manager, where she managed $160M in Healthcare contracts/subcontracts and supported its business development efforts. She was also part of the Small Business Program Office at BearingPoint, where she supported the entire BearingPoint Public Sector by providing guidance and leadership in meeting its small business goals.

She also served as a Contracts leader for organizations such as AT&T, Cambridge Systems, Inc. and Information Systems Support, Inc. (later CACI), where she managed entire contracts, subcontracts and pricing departments. Her achievements included capturing large IDIQ contract vehicles from the US Army for Medical Supplies and Equipment, from NIH, DHS as well as GSA Mega GWACs such as Alliant, Millennia, and ANSWER.

Ms. Peters holds a BA in Business Administration/ Accounting from Ohio University.
